Fred Phillips Put On For Recorder and John L. Osborne for Commissioner. The vacancies on the Progressive county ticket caused by the declination of Eli Arnold for county commissioner in the Second district and C. D. Shook for recorder, have been filled by placing John L. Osborne of Hanging Grove on in Arnold's place, and Fred Phillips, the auctioneer on in Shook’s place.
