Shall Come to an End.

President Taft is pointing to his enforcement of the Sherman law as an argument for continuing the present order. The Democrats look at Standard Oil selling at 1,000; they read the statistics of the express companies; they scrutinize the testimony in the sugar investigation. And they “highly resolve," in the name of justice and liberty, that these things shall come to an end.
