Death Follows Soon After Sweetheart Says Good-By. Mumcie, Ind., Sept. B.—A few minutes after her sweetheart had left her Miss Nellie Shockley, 19 years old, went to her room and swallowed two ounces of carbolic acid, dying almost instantly.
