Watson Plumbing Co., to Move Into New Quarters.
Harry Watson has leased the room west of the Democrat building, just vacated by C. C. Starr, and will move his plumbing business into same from The Democrat’s old quarters on Van Rensselaer street as soon as the room is put in shape for Mm. Carpenters are now busy rearranging the room, which will be arranged precisely the same as was recently the first floor of The Democrat building. The front will be moved out the same as on The Democrat building and a partition run down through the center 55 feet, making two rooms 55 feet deep. Mr. Watson gets the east room and all the rear 40 feet opening on the alley. The west room has not been rented at this writing, but a number of parties are after it. There is not a vacant business room between Front and Van Rensselaer Street, nor has there been since The Democrat moved into its new quarters in this block,' which is now considered the best location in the city.
