RALSTON IS THE FAVORITE.

At Odds of Five To Four, in the Hoosier Capital. Indianapolis, Ind., Sept. 2. The betting has been opened here on the state electon. At the Denison House board odds of 5 to 4 are offered that Samuel Ralston, Democrat, will be elected Governor. The money is not being taken, as the baotoere of Colonel Durbin and A. J. Beveridge, Bull Moose, are waiting for longer odds. Several thousand dollars has been posted that Wilson carries Indiana over Roosevelt and Taft.
