Will Be Solid For Durgan Should He Be a Candidate.

The democratic county central committee met yesterday morning at the Jackson club with a large nuim/ber in attendance. The d'ate for holding the county convention was set for September 5, and the- call for primaries' to select delegates will appear in the next issue of the Democrat. The delegates will be elected on Tuesday, Septembi ?. A resolution was passed unanimously that in the event the name of George R. Durgan was presented to the congressional convention as a candidate that the vote of Tippecanoe county be cast solidly for him and every honorable endeavor be made to make him the nomine^ —Tippecanoe County Democrat.
