Even “Dad” Robinson Gives It Up.

Bro. Robinson of the Mount Ayr Pilot, whose sublime faith in Piurtelle, the check swindler and erstwhile railroad promoter, has been most pitiful, hats at last given up hope of Gene’s ever doing anything tangible, and has pulled the Pilot’s stakes from Mt. Ayr and moved it bag and baggage to Morocco and started a new paper, to try titles for the supremacy of the fittest with the Reverened editor of the Courier, L. Paris Bullta. The Democrat wishes “Dad” success in hie new field, and trusts that he will not try to induce Purtelle to “abandon” his project through Mt. Ayr and “buddd” an entirely new line that will only touch Morocco. The recent wind storm south of town blew over Pwrtelle’s “depot” near the Hoover bridge.
