At 10 to 8, and Odds of 2 to 1 N<nv Are Predicted. New York, July 10.—While there were no bets of any size made today, Governor Wijson still rules favorite in the financial district. Taft money has become almost so scarce as a-protested delegates at the recent convention in Chicago. One man today had SI,OOO which he tried to place on the New Jersey Governor, but without success. He offered to bet this amount at 10 to 8, but there were no takers A few bets were reported at odds of 3 to 2, and the prediction is that the Wilson contingent will have to give 2 to 1 if they wish to gamble.
