Hot Weather is upon us and the time for bad eggs. It is not so much the rotten eggs but the half spoiled stock where the loss k-?. To keep eggs fresh you must gather them often, keep them in a cool, dry place and market them as often as possible. Do your best to bring us good, clean, fresh eggs and we will do our best to give you a good price. If you have veals do not kill them in hot sultry weather.
