THAW DECISION IS DELAYED

Judge Will Announce Next Week Whether Slayer of White Shall Have Jury Trial. White Plains. N. Y.. May 3—After hearing argument for and against the application of Harry Kendall Thaw slayer of Stanford White, for a jarj trial to determine his sanity. Supreme Court Justice Keogh at White Plains, announced he would render hi? decision next week. On application of William Travers Jerome, who appeared for the state and who said he must have at least three weeks to prepare his side of the case, Justice Keogh adjourned the habeas corpus proceedings which were set down for trial on next Monday until June 3.
