Lafayette, April 11.—At a meeting of the board of trustees of the State Soldiers’ home, Col. D. B. Kehler, commandant, was reappointed for a term of three years. He was for many years adjutant at the home, and ever since the death of CoL W. S. Haggard has' been at the head of the home. The board re-elected officers as follows: President, M. W.
