The city council met in regular session Monday night with all members present except Mayor Meyers. | The city engineer was instructed to - amend the specifications for sewer petitioned for by Sam Roth, etl al . by adding a lateral thereto 'beginning at tot 4. block 40. in I Weston’s addition, on the west side of Webster street, and running thence south to Plum street, where lit will connect with main sewer on Franklin street.
