Lane, et al. Complaint No. 7832. Now comes the plaintiff, by Ab« naham Halleck, its attorney, a<nd files its petition herein to sell real estate to pay debts, together with an affidavit that (the defendants, Lewis J. Lane, Melda Laura J. Lane, Emerson Lane, Orlando Lane, Ella Lane, Monroe M. Lane, and Edith M. Lane, are not residents of the State of Indiana. Notice is therefore hereby given said defendants, that unless they be and appear on the twenty-first day -of the next term of the Jasper Circuit Court, being May Ist, 1912, to be holden on the 2d Monday of April, A. D. 1912, at the court house in Rensselaer in said County and State, and answer or demur to said complaint the same will be heard and determined in their absence.
