' Said bridge to be built according to the plans and specifications on file in the Auditor’s office, same to be about 25 feet long and 16 foot roadway. All "bids to be accompanied by bond and affidavit as required by law and to be on file by 2 o’clock of said date. The Board reserves the right to reject any all bids..
