Judge Upholds State Law in Regard to Schoolhouse.

Huntington, Ind., March 16. Samuel Morris of Ft. Wayne, sitting as special judge in the Huntington circuit court, has held valid the state law requiring that no school building shall be erected within five hundred feet of a railroad. The decision was in the case of Charles Heiney against the town of Andrews, and the trustee and advisory board of Dallas township, Huntington county.
