' Hamilton, Ohio, March 2.—A distinct .rainbow and two immense rings around a flaring sun was the unusual phenomena witnessed by Hamiltonians between 11 a. m., and 12 noon today. The rings, it is claimed, were due to a glacial reflection, combined with atmospheric conditions.
