City Council Proceedings.

The regular meeting of the city council was (held Monday night. Little was done except to allow claims. The ten members of the fire department present at the I. M. Washburn fire were allowed $1,50 each. The light meter rates were discussed and it was thought that" a better understanding of whal the revenue would be could be had after the first of March, when one month’s meter service will be had.
