TAFT AIDS TO VISIT PANAMA

Jan. 26.—Secretary of the Interior Fisher and Postmaster General Hitchcock, "the only two members of President Taft’s cabinet, who have not visited the Panama canal, have been ordered by the president, it was unofficially learned to make a tour of inspection. They will leave here probably about the middle of February. On account of the numerous questions which arise in cabinet meeting discussion dealing with the changed commercial relations that the opening of the Panama canal will bring about, the president is desirous of having every member of the cabinet familiar with conditiohs on’ the, isthmua.
