WIFE WINS HER CHILDREN

Mrs. Emma McManigal Awarded Custody of Dynamiter’s Youngsters.

Chicago, Jan. 12.—Judge Charles M. Walker in the circuit court awarded the custody of the two children of Ortie E. McManlgal, whose confession led to the arrest of the McNamara brothers, to their mother, Mrs. Emma McManlgal. The children—Walter, five years old, and Evelyn, seven years old—are to remain in custody of their mother until the further order of the court.

Some time ago Mrs. McManigal filed a bill for divorce, charging her husband with cruelty.
