RICHARD CROKER IS SUED

Son-In-Law Wants SIOO,OOO from Former Sachem of Tammany Hall. New York, Dec. 29. —Richard Croker, former leader of Tammany Hall, and his two sons, Richard Croker, Jr., and Howard Croker, were made joint defendants in a suit brought in the supreme court to recover .$100,900 by John J. Breen. Breen was married to Miss Ethel J. Croker, daughter of Richard Croker, on April 28, 1910, in Hoboken, N. J. Breen set forth that he was damaged in the sum of SIOO,000 because Croker and his two sons alienated from him the affections of his wife.
