MRS. VERMILYA ARRAIGNED

Formally Charged with the Murder of Policeman Bissonette. Chicago, Dec. 29. —Court was convened at the bedside of Mrs. Louise Vermiiya in the county jail' hospital by Judge George Kersten, when she was arraigned to plead to the indictment which charges .her with murdering Patrolman Arthur Bissonette with arsenic; - In a voice scarcely louder than a whisper, Mrs. Vermiiya, pale faced and too weak to tise from her bed as the result of her attempt to end her life with poison while, she was under police guard- in her home, pleaded not guilty to the indictment.
