The Democrat is being congratulated on all sides on ac-i Cfiint of the intense enthusiasm and wide-spread interest shown in the race. The knowledge that all contestants are treated alike, that each has an equal chance and that, even at this late day. the winners of the beautiful premiums are unknown, has made this a contest such as Jasper countv has never before witnessed.
