Spitler, his attorney, and files his complaint herein, together with ah affidavit that the defendants, William Irwin, Mrs. William Irwin, wife of the said William Irwin, whose Christian name is unknown to plaintiff; Harmon Pumpelly and Marja Pumpelily, his wife, and Mrs. Harmon Pumpelly, wife of the said Harmon Pumpelly, whose Christian name is unknown to plaintiff; James H. Irwin and Anna Barrett Irwin, his wife; Lloyd Irwin; Clara Purdy and George Purdy, her husband; Frances Bradfield and York Bradfield, her husband; the children descendants and heirs, the surviving spouse, the creditors and administrators of the estate, the devisees, legatees, trustees and executors of the last will and testament and the successors in interest, respectively, of each of the following named and designated deceased persons, to-wit: William Irwin, Mrs. William Irwin, wife of the said William—lrwin, —whose Christian name is unknown to plaintiff; Harmon Pumpelly and Maria Pumpelly, his wife, and Mrs. Harmon Pumpelly, wife of the said Harmon Pumpelly, whose Christian name is unknown to plaintiff, the names of all of whom are unknown to plaintiff; the children descendants and heirs, the surviving spouse, the creditors and administrators of the estate, the devisees, legatees, trustees and executors of the last will and testameht, and the successors in interest respectively of the deceased widow of each of the following named and designated deceased persons, to-wit: William Irwin - and Harmon Pumpelly, and the deceased widower of Maria Pumpelly, the names of all of whom are unknown to plaintiff; are not residents of the state of Indiana. Notice is therefore hereby given said defendants, that unless they be and appear on the first day of the next term of the Jasper Circuit Court, to be holdeij on the second Monday of February, A. D. 1912, at the Court House in Rensseiaer, in said County and . State, and answer or demur to said complaint, „the same will be heard and determined in their absence.
