The dwelling has the appearance of a bouse that would cast more money, and. while it Is designed to meet the needs of only a small family, the five rooms it contains, besides the bathroom, are all of fair size, and their arrangement Is modern. The exterior of this cottage, although quite aimpte. is not without individuality. The advantages of the house both from a viewpoint of economy aud desirability are striking.
