I will expose at Public Sale, to the highest bidder, on ’ . Saturday, the 25th day of November, A. D. 1911, between the hours of 10 o’clock A. M. and 4 o’clock P. M. of said day, at the door of the Court House in Rensselaer, Jasper County, Indiana, the rents and profits for a term not exceeding seven years, of the Real Estate, to-wit: The northeast quarter of the southwest quarter and the northwest quarter of the southeast quarter of section twenty-two (22) township thirty-one 431) north, range five (5) west, in Jasper County, Indiana. If such rents and profits will not sell for a sufficient sum to satisfy said Decree, interest and costs, I will at the same time and place expose to Public Sale the fee simple of said Real Estate, or so much thereof as may be sufficient to discharge said Decree, interest and costs.
