C. J. Hobbs, who was so seriously injured with three other men when their railroad m’otor car collided with a horse at the Dunn Siding in Kankakee tp.. on Thursday night of last week, was expected to be taken to his home in Kersey yesterday. He has been at Joe Hillard’s home in Wheatfield since the accident. He is getting along quite well and will fully recover. The other occupants of the car, F. E. Lewis, Joe Hillard and Mr. Lafond, the C. I. & S. 'railroad agent at Kersey, were not so badly hurt and are now about.
