Indianapolis, Ind., Oct 20. opinion »o Charles A. Greathouse, state superintendent of public instruction, the attorney general holds that a county superintendent cannot issue a license to any one to teach in the schools of the state who has net com plied with the act of 1907, which requires twelve weeks’ preparation in some school designed to prepare for teaching.
