James C. Dahlman, “Cowboy" Mayor of «» Omaha, “Throws the Lariat.” Mayor Jas. C. Dahlman started his career as a cowboy, and is at present Mayor of Omaha, and has the following record: Sheriff of Dawes Co., Neb., three terms; Mayor of Chadron, two terms; Democratic Nat’l Comipitteeman, eight years; Mayor of Omaha, six years, and in 1910 Candidate for Governor of Nebraska.
