Halstead-Pancoast.

At the residence of Elder D. T. Halstead, in Rensselaer, Ind„ Mr. Everett R. Halstead and Miss Loe Cornelia Pancoast were by him united in the holy bonds of wedlock at 4:30 p. m., September 6, 1911. Miss Pancoast has been a very successful and popular teacher in the Jasper county schools, and was a teacher last year in one of the ward schools of Columbia City, this state, as well as being popular in the social home circle. Mr. Halstead, by keeping fully abreast of the most approved methods, combined with his .remarkable industrial push in business, has become a very successful farmer and stock-raiser. Both are* of old resident families, well known and highly esteemed for their virtue characteristics. 1 Mr. and Mrs. Halstead left the same evening on a wedidng trip through the lake region of Wisconsin,; after which they will return to his home in Newton tp. Their wide circle of friends, by whom they are held in universal esteem, will heartily wish them a happy voyage without storm, on the sea of matrimonial life which they have now entered. xx
