Complaint No. 7762. 4 Now comes the plaintiff, by John A. Dunlap, his attorney, and flies his complaint herein, together with an affidavit that the defendant, the First State Savings Bank, located in the town of Evart, Michigan, is not a resident of the State of Indiana. Notice is therefore hereby given said Defendant, that unless it be and appear on the 24th day of the next Term (being October 7, 1911) of the Jasper Circuit Court to be holden on the 2nd Monday of September A. D., 1911, at the Court House in Rensselaer in said County and State, and answer or demur to said complaint, the same will be heard and determined in his absence.
