Lansing, Mich., July 28.—A temporary injunction was served on Attorney General Kuhn in the proceedings brought by the Duluth, South Shore and Atlantic Railroad company in the United States circuit court at Detroit to restrain the state from enforcing the 2 cent fare law passed by the legislature and applying to upper peninsula railroads. ‘
