. New Secretary of Interior Will Remain in North Until Sept 8. Washington July 28. —Secretary of the Interior Walter L. Fisher will leave Washington Saturday night for an extended tour over the projects of his department in the far west and in Alaska. Secretary Fisher will remain in Chicago until Tuesday and is due to sail for Alaska from Seattle Aug. 14, He will remain in Alaska until Sept. 8, studying the coal, mineral, harbor and railroad situation.
