Notice is hereby given that the Board of School Trustees of the City of Rensselaer, Indiana, will on the 15th day of July, 1911, at 10 o'clock A. M., on said day, at the office of Dr. E. C. English in said city, receive , sealed bids for the erection and construction of a one story brick school building and basement, 50 by 70 feet, according to the plans and detailed specifications now on file in the office o the Secretary of said Board. Each bidder will be required to file with his bid a certified check in the sum of $1,000.00 as evidence of good faith that he will enter into a contract with said Board for the erection and construction of said building if awarded said contract. Such amount to be forfeited in case of failure to entetr into said contract and give said bond. The successful bidder will be required to give a bond to the approval of saijl 9 Board in double the amount of his bid, conditioned that he wffll erect and construct said building according to the said plans and specifications and the terms of said contract.
