WISHARD GETS JUDGMENT FOR $5,000. Noblesville, Ind., June 10.— After being out thirty-six hours the jury returned a verdict, in t'he case of Dr. E. E. Wishard of this city against the Central Indiana Indiana Railraod Company, awarding the plair tiff $5,000 damages for personal injuries suffered in an automobile accident.
