By virtue of a certified copy of a Decree to me directed from the Clerk of the Jasper Circuit Court, in a cause wherein The Connecticut Mutual Life Insurance Company is Plaintiff, and James A. Caldwell is Defendant, requiring me to make the sum of Forty-four Hundred Thirty-five Dollars and Fifty-three Cents ($4,435.53), with interest on said Decree and costs, I will expose at Public Sale, to the highest bidder, on Monday, the 3rd day of July, A. D., 1911, between the hburs of 10 o’clock A. M- and 4 o’clock P. M. of said day, at the door of the Court House in Jasper County, Indiana, «ihe rents and profits for a term not exceeding seven years, of the Real Estate, to-wit: The northweM quarter of Section thirty-three (33), Township thirtyone (3,1) north.
