Sheriff’s Sale. By virtue of a certified copy of a Decree to me directed from the Clerk of the Jasper Circuit Court, in a cause wherein Harry C. Willette administrator of the estate of Louisa B. Willette, deceased, is Plaintiff, and Benjamin J. Gifford, et al. are Defendants, requiring me to make the sum of Twenty Thousand ($20,000) Dollars, with interest on said Decree and costs, I will expose at Public Sale, to thp highest bidder, on Wednesday, the 28th day of June, A. D. 1911, between the hours of 10 o’clock A. M. and 4 o’clock P. M. of said day, at the door of the Court House in Jasper County, Indiana, the rents and profits for a term not exceeding seven years, of the Real Estate, towit: The northeast quarter of the southwest quarter of Section four (4), Township thirty (30) north, Range five (5) west, containing forty (40) acres more or less, in Jasper County, Indiana. If such rents and profits will not sell 1 for a sufficient sum to satisfy said Decree, interest and costs, I will at the same time and place expose to Public Sale the fee simple of said Real Estate, or so much thereof as may be sufficient to discharge said Decree, interest and costs.
