Notice off Ditch Letting Notice is hereby given that the undersigned will on the 29th Day of May, 1911, at two P. M., at the office of the County Surveyor, Rensselaer, Jasper County, Indiana, let the contract for the construction of the Moore ditch, being Ditch Cause No. 118 of the Jasper Circuit Court, to the lowest responsible bidder or bidders. Oral bids will be received at the time of letting. A portion of said ditch is open work and a portion is tile work. The open work and tile work may be let separately or parts of the open work and tile work let to separate bidders. The plans “And specifications of said work may be examined at the office of the Clerk of the Jasper Circuit Court, Repsselaer, Indiana, or copies of the specifications will be furnished by the undersigned to any person making application therefor. The successful bidder or bidders will be required to enter into a contract and give bond as required by law. The right is reserved to reject any and all bids. WALTER V. PORTER. South Half of the South West quarter of Section Twenty-eight (28) in Township Thirty-two (32) North, of Range Five (5) West; also the North East quarter of the North West quarter of Section Twenty-one (21) in Township Thirty-one (31) North, of Range Five (5) West, all in the County of Jasper and State of Indiana.
