Accuses an Aged Man.

Owensville, Ind., March 31.—W. H. Phillips has sued Andrew J. Oglesby, aged seventy-four, for SIO,OOO damages, charging that Oglesby alienated the affections of Mrs. Phillips, aged thirty-four. Phillips is a young farmer of the Union neighborhood. Oglesby was formerly a township assessor. All concerned are prominent.
