Indicted Men Not Found.

Tipton, Ind., March 31.—Eighteen indictments were returned by the Tipton county grand jury. The persons indicted, and a large contingent of young men, who do not desire to appear as witnesses, have disappeared, it is said, and the sheriff’s riding bailiffs have been riding far and fast without result It is said that the expectant ones received advance “tips” as to the proceeding* of the grand jury.
