LAKE MICHIGAN WATER Rendered Unfit To Drink By a Powder Mill Explosion. Ludington, Mich., March 16.—The water in Lake Michigan has been dirty and unfit for use as drinking water since the explosion of the powder mills at Pleasant Prairie, Wis., last week.
