DITCH NOTICE. Notitee is hereby given to Benjamin, J. Gifford, Elizabeth Greeley and to the unknown heirs, devisees and legatees of Elizabeth Greeley, deceased, and to Addie E. Greeley and Emma G. Greeley that Harry E. Gifford and others have filed their petition with the Auditor of Jasper County, Indiana, to be presented to> the Board of Commissioners at their 1 regular March Term, 1911, for a ditch to commence at a point forty (40) rods west of the southeast corner of the southwest quarter of section ten (10), township thirty (30) north, range six (6) west in Jasper County, Indiana, and thence following the line of the old Comer ditch to the Dredge* ditch and to construct such laterals as the drainage commissioners may deem expedient and proper in such cases made and provided.
