RURAL CARRIERS ORGANIZE.

Assistant Special Organizer S. A. Barnes of the Rural Letter Carriers of Indiana organized the Jasper county rural route carriers Wednesday, owing to sickness of G. B. W. Robbins, Special Organizer. Seven carriers were present and the following officers elected: H. B. Murray, President; A. M. Bringle, Vice President; Win. A. Witham, SecretaryTreasurer. The purpose of this association is fraternal and for the study and adoption of the best methods of performing the duties of free delivery service, to seek improvement in the condition of all its members and co-operate at all times wtih the department for the advancement of the service. —W.
