CORONER CLEARS SUSPECT
Declares Blow Inflicted by Duncan Could Not Have Killed Kelly. Evansville, Ind., Feb. 3. —Coroner E. C. Maeier’s opinion declaring that Charles Kelly coaid not have survived forty-eight hours with a skull fracture such as he had, caused the police to release David Duncan. Kelly’s broiher-in-law, who «as susiected of having caused Kelly's death by hitting him over the head with a Leer bottle. The prosecuting attorney’s office Is now centering Its efforts on convicting August Meissner, who struck Kelly in a fist fight Thursday night, twenty-four hours before he died.
