ADE HEADS INDIANA SOCIETY

Membership in Chicago Is limited to Three Hundred Actives. Chicago, January 18. —At a meeting of the Indiana Society of Chicago yesterday in the Great Northern hotel the following officers were elected: President, George Ade; first vicepresident, George T. Buckingham; second vice-president, William A. Vawter; third vice-president William C. Niblack; fourth vice-presi-dent, Elbert W. Shirk; fifth vicepresident. Lucius Teter; secretary, Edward M. Holloway; treasurer, Edward A. Erickson; trustees for three years, E. Louis Kuhns, Henry C. Starr and Edward W. McKenna. A resolution was adopted amending the constitution to limit the membership of the society to three hundred active members and one hundred nonresident members. The question of selecting a place for the club’s regular summer outing was referred to a committee headed by William B. Austin. Laporte, Lake Wawasee, Michigan City, Winonis Lake, Kokomo and Indianapolis extended invitations.
