Notice is hereby given that at a meeting of the Directors of the Rensselaer Commercial Club, held at the rooms of said Club on January 11, 1911, the following resolution was passed: . "That all contracts for'lots on which the contractors have not paid a sum equal to SIOO be declared forfeited, if such payments have not been made on or before the first day of April, 1911.
