New Chemical Fire Tank Ordered and Usual Grist of Bills Allowed. ‘ At the regular meeting of the Common Council Monday evening all members were present except Councilman Catt. An ordinance was presented and passed cn suspension of rules providing for an appropriation for the purchase of a chemical tank, and the mayor was authorized to sign contract with the Am. LaFrank Co. for a tank and fixtures at cost of $290. The following claims were allowed: ' ’
