President Taft Decides Naval Commander Shall Be Punished. President Taft has announced he has decided that Commander W S Sims shall be publicly reprimanded

Sims is the United States naval officer wbc asserted at a dinner given in London by the lord mayor, that if Great Britain ever were seriously threatened she could depend bn “e verj man, every dollar, every drop of blood,” in this country The public reprimand was decreed as punishment for the remark. \
