Funeral of Hartford City Man Will Supplant Intended Wedding. HortfOrd City. Ind., Dec. 23—A funeral service, instead of a wedding ceremony, will be held Sunday for William Cummins, 24 years old, of Dunkirk, who was instantly killed when he fell from an electric light pole, breaking his neck.
