Gelatin Frosting.

One heaping teaspoonful of granulated gelatin dissolved in one-third cupful of belling water. Add powdered sugar to make a thin batter .and one-half teaspoonful cream of tartar. Beat till very light and flavor. Spread at once on slightly warm cake.
