M'CANN LOSES CASE IN COURT

Former Chicago Pofice Inspector Must Go to the Penitentiary. Word has been received in Chicago from Springfield that Edward McCann, former inspector of police, convicted after sensational graft charges had been established, had been denied a rehearing by the supreme court. This means that as soon as the mandate of the supreme court has been issued McCann will he taken to the penitentiary. This may be within a few days.
